Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: Shopping with Cor Silver is completely safe. We use the latest in online security technology to ensure all transactions are securely processed.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on “hold”, meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original “hold” will be voided.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed; you can feel free to contact us at; info@corsilver.com for updates on your order’s shipping status, or click “Order Status” on this website.

Q: Can I return my Cor Silver purchase?

A: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date of order, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for 75% of the purchase price paid for the item excluding shipping costs.

Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we can only accept the return of opened items if they are found to be faulty by Cor, LLC. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in anyway.

In order to return an item please contact as at info@corsilver.com. Once we receive your request, if approved, we will provide you with a Returns Number Reference and instructions of how to return the item to us. Please note, that returns will not be accepted unless this process is followed and a valid Returns Reference is provided. This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit/exchange upon processing.

Please return all products 100% complete including all original boxes with a copy of your invoice and packing materials. Returns Reference approval is contingent upon, among other things, the product(s) being 100% complete.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Cor LLC's distribution office for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by Cor, LLC to the Customer at Cor LLC's expense, using the same shipping method as used originally by Cor, LLC for the initial shipment of product/merchandise.

The Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. The Customer may opt to insure, recorded or register the return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as Fedex or USPS Priority Mail with Tracking. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.

Please mark the package clearly on the top left hand corner with the provided Returns Reference issued by Cor LLC. Replacements/exchanges/returns/credits will not be accepted or processed without a valid Returns Reference.

A Returns Reference will only be issued within 7 working days of purchase.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within (7) business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within (7) business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to the UK, Europe, Puerto Rico, Canada and all out-of-the-US countries.

Q: Can I get my order gift wrapped? With a gift card?

A: Yes, we’d love to gift wrap your special Cor Silver package. All you have to do is select “gift wrap” in the item select drop down menu within all Cor Silver product pages on this website. The cost to have our talented team wrap your package in Cor Silver signature wrap, box and bow is $6.95. Gift card salutations will be entered by the customer in your “notes” section at the time of checkout.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: Absolutely! Expedited shipping options are available and detailed when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1PM EST on a business day will be shipped out according to the rate at which you have chosen to have your purchase expedited. Cor Silver does not offer Saturday delivery at this time. For special requests or questions about rush shipping, please contact us at; info@corsilver.com. Note; custom and special requests can be sent as an expedited shipment provided the customer understands the ship date will be marked when the custom request is completed, not at the time the Cor Silver item was purchased.

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to PO box addresses.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all orders. COD (cash on delivery) is allowed however all COD orders will be charged an additional $15.00 handling and delivery fee.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Of course we do! We ship all our Cor Silver packages domestically, as well as internationally.

Any orders placed during non-business hours will be confirmed and verified the following business day by our Client Services representatives.
